She is the opposite end of the "looks awful" spectrum. If Usha is on the left looking haggard and unkempt, Kristi just looks embarrassing and desperate.

And I do agree she looks good in the pic stepping off the helicopter. I think that is a fine look for a Sec. of Homeland Security in that situation. She was stepping off a helicopter in what appears to be the rural southwest? We wouldn't think twice if a man in that scenario wore jeans and a polo with a baseball cap.

Worth noting though that she looks good in that pic precisely because you can't see the lumpy filler.

I don't think so, because if that were the case, they'd be posting about it on the brand's socials. And they aren't. Usha wore a Sergio Hudson coat Inauguration weekend and Sergio didn't even acknowledge it on social media. If the Fosters were giving her free clothes it would be in exchange for publicity.

I didn't know that about Erin. I followed her on Instagram for a couple years during the pandemic, and then had to stop because her outrageous privilege and lack of awareness of it annoyed me. She converted to Judaism and is reform. In general, I don't meet many jewish people who are republican, let alone Maga. We tend to skew Democratic.

Kristi Noem's face - what is going on there? I zoomed in and her skin seems to be bad and covered by a very thick layer of make up and fake lips and eyebrows. As for her clothing, she seems to be into cosplaying what she thinks her action figure should be wearing.

She also met Macron in those clothes. I’m Indian and I think it was the right call to wear Western clothes. Can you imagine the MAGA reaction if she wore Indian clothes while representing the U.S.? It avoided unnecessary division.
