Why do we need to fund Ukraine?

Russia “interfered” in the 2016 election by spending $100k on social media in favor of Trump, so now we’re retaliating by spending >$100 billion on arming Ukraine so they can slaughter Russian teenagers.

Roll call on 45 day CR happening now in Senate -- Yay votes at 83, nay at 7. They can change their vote up until the end of the voting period, but looking pretty assured of passage.

Ftr, Ukraine would not be slaughtering Russian teenagers if Russia were not trying to take over the country.

It actually is. Years ago, we told them we would defend them in exchange for their disarmament. They did their part. We are doing our part. It also benefits us directly, now and in the future. Have a noticed the pleasant dropoff of trolls on the Internet?
