Connor’s mother was sent to them”booby hatch” according to a comment made by Roman last season. That’s all I can recall being said about her.

If Matthew MacFadyen doesn't win a Best Supporting Emmy this year, there is no justice.

His character is the only one with any depth. Everyone else, with maybe the exception of Greg & Gerri, is a cartoon figure. I suspect that this is on purpose, since he’s the only one that was raised in “normal” circumstances.

And length if his self-assessment is to be believed. #redsequoia

Great episode. Too bad we had to wait until halfway through the season to see it.

That was a priceless cameo by Alexander Skarsgard. So disgusting, but I also loved, "When is your father going to die?"

And so much dra-muh swirling. I am wavering between Kendall committing suicide or doing something so he can really be free (like confessing to being the driver when that waiter drowned). Kendall is the only one of the kids that has any level of self-awareness. And the end of this episode he was definitely aware that his life sucks. He has zero chance of getting Rava back now, and realizes his relationship with his kids is at risk of being as toxic as his relationship with his father is.

Shiv's arc is fascinating. She talked a real tough game until the chickens came home to roost. I think she legitimately has issues with things like the family endorsing the fascist guy for President and the reveal in this episode that Logan has "goons" bothering her niece and nephew in the park. And then Roman deftly and completely cuts her out of the next big deal. I think she's starting to regret leaving her independent life in DC away from the company. And her misery with Tom is more palpable than ever.

Logan is just a boring prick at this point. Roman, on the other hand, is also having a fascinating arc. But I think his killer business instinct only works with top cover from Logan. I think someone earlier in the thread had something redeeming to say about Roman. I feel like this episode is an indication that he has no redeeming qualities except he appears to actually care about his father.

Most recent episode was hilarious and not just the usual snicker here and there. Kendall’s party was a complete horror show and you’d almost feel sorry for the guy if he wasn’t such a total sh!tbag.

The compliment tunnel, OMG.

I loved the party episode. I think it was one of the best of the whole series. The over the top but terrible party that no one enjoyed and the way Kendall experienced it was really well done, I thought.

I hate those little midget dweebs

This just about sums it up

This season is terrible but this episode was good. I loled at Tom and Greg in the tunnel of compliments and the horrible toxic siblings stuff was painful and good.

And Shiv dancing! Reminded me of the episode of Seinfeld when Elaine dances. This episode was a good mix of humor and pathos.
