6 counties pressured him to bring back COVID restrictions and he was embarrassed that we made NYS quarantine list.

So he had an announcement to reassure us all that MD is doing great!! Our positivity is low and stable! Yeah cases are going up but it's just because we are testing so much! Everything's FINE.
