Loudoun Soccer Just Robbed Parents

wait, let me guess this straight.

You are going back to a club who would not flinch a second in stealing humble people's hard-earned money because your son wants to play with his buddies and it is close to you?

Ok, guess i understand why the moral compass of the vast majority of adults in NoVa is beyond repairable.

Shall we say sad?

excusez-moi? please elaborate on exactly how to call an entity who does not deliver a service, retains the money, ALSO gets PPP, AND not one single person gets a pay cut let alone furloughed?

I will patiently wait for your response. Heard through the grapevine that LS staff is working hard on these forums.

I'm at a different club, but LS is OK, better than some, worse than others.

Loudoun screwed up. The rec players should have gotten a full refund or a free fall as a result. You made it so obvious that you are in it for the money.

Hello, we plan on moving to DMV next month. We have been in contact with several clubs for our children and have been paying close attention to social media, this forum and friends' experiences that live there.

Could you please share your thoughts about your club? I would love to know the name if you don't mind.

I am not over my head, do not think of my children as future super stars and all I really care is about them having fun and learning. They are talented and have represented our state in the past but they even say they don't care for ECNL, CCL, NPL, EDP fights. They only want to play soccer.

Any and all help is appreciated.

TIA

Traffic could be an issue so I would first look at the clubs close to your home. You can approach the clubs in August, when it will be a bit more clear if the fall season is possible.

You are trolling now. File a class action lawsuit and stop blabbing on a meaningless forum, where you are free to use whatever names you’d like but at the end of the day is irrelevant.

I can’t imagine a parent protecting a club this hard over a non-controversial act like refunds. Loudoun soccer didn’t suffer but many parents and families did.

Sure, they refunded those who were previously in need of a price break but they ignored those, for whom their circumstances changed and they needed the refund, a refund for a service never received.

Lots of clubs refunded their customers. Perhaps if parents posted here what club gave a refund it might give parents an idea of what soccer club they should seek out this fall.

I would too. These are 2 important things that I rate. Its our money and each person's choice to do what they want with it. Control much?

Not in the slightest but can’t have the cake and eat it.

Are you really that well-off to just accept a “non-profit” keep your $2,500 and then ask for more?

I am attempting to understand your thought process here.
