Your story keeps changing. You originally said it was done and no worker was coming out. You hit your kid. You got reported and investigated for it. Take the parenting class and move on.

You are at war with CPS.

They can write lies about your interview label you as a child Abuser and a Judge could easily side with them instead of you, and poof all your parental rights are terminated.

Go take the parenting class asap and send them written proof that you've taken it.

No that’s not the case. They will refer me to parenting classes etc.
they should also close the case in 30’days

I was HOPING it was done. Human factor at work, however: the case worker who doesn’t want this to be easy and fast. Just bad luck. If I was lucky I would not see anyone. Now I have to wait until her ego is satisfied and she closes the case.

According to the paper I signed I am not required to take the classes and they are not going to monitor it. But I thought it was best not to aggravate the worker before the case is closed.
But I think she already made up her mind and will write “inconclusive” and not “unfounded”, but not before leaving me hanging for a while.
