We pay plenty, yet most of it goes into the black holes of the DOD war machine, contractors scamming the USG, and ludicrously overpriced medical care. Everyone is scamming their fellow citizens. Personally, I don't think it bodes well for the health of this country. And yet, we now have a tax bill take quite literally takes from middle class constituencies to pay for massive tax breaks for the wealthiest. I hope you decide to get violent about that tax increase.
