There’s a legitimate discussion here |
| AT you can’t have it both ways. Just admit you’re opposed. Own it. |
Of course they have to say this. They would vilified otherwise. They are banking on Langston wanting to stay in their own facility, so they can champion for them to not come to GHC. |
- random APEs without kids in APS |
This was a couple months old. And was already discussed a few posts back. Try to keep up. |
So Arl Now is fake news now? Do you know how Trumpy you sound? |
You too! Someone on here claimed AT parents are not upset about the move of Langston to the CC. Clearly that is wrong. |
Are you saying I'm a troll because I posted the Arl Now article. I'm trying to understand the opposition to the plan from AT. First someone said no AT parents were opposed. Now we have shown that's clearly not true so I'm a troll?! |
The parents in the article from 2 months ago were looking for more info; they weren’t necessarily “opposed” to anything. I’m sure some parents are opposed (ODD runs rampant in this area), but it’s not the general sentiment. Our kids are already co-located with kids on alternate paths. The loudest voices on DCUM and FB are non-AT parents. |
Most AT parents aren’t. AT kids will be fine. This just isn’t a big deal. |
Not opposed. Our kids will be fine. |

This initially wasn’t going to go up for a vote at all. Duran et. al thought they could just slide it under the radar. I’m glad the board is taking time to look at it, even if I generally trust their decisions |
|
Well. AT students are speaking now in opposition to the move.
Still claim to not be opposed, AT? |
someone tell that to the AT kids speaking before the school board. |
| Langston spoke in favor of the move and AT spoke against it. Think that makes it pretty clear. |
