This is very, very true. I'm connected with 37 DHS-ICE agents on LinkedIn. I counted this morning and 22 of those have Hispanic names. Four additional agents have ethnic last names and profile photos that show they are non-white.

IMO, they are covering their faces, arms, and hands because they are arresting their own kind.

That’s nice. But who knows if these people are “ICE agents” because they could be anyone. We are a republic of laws, not men. So these thugs need to take off their masks and properly identify themselves before laying a finger on anyone. They may not act with impunity.

YOU (any white citizen reading this) have no right to know who the masked men arresting an illegal immigrant are. It’s none of your business. If you interfere with these ICE agents you will be arrested.

The U.S. is a republic and functions as a representative democracy. The Republicans were granted control of the executive branch and the legislature branch through a free and fair election. These arrests are what the elected majority want. That’s how our government works.

What law did the politicians and judge break?

Hint: None.

What laws did ICE break in arresting Lander?

False arrest - ICE falsely accused Lander of assault when there is no evidence he committed assault. They also had no warrant or probably cause, which means ICE's actions may constitute false arrest and a violation of the Fourth Amendment

Due Process violation - arresting someone based on false accusations and without legal justification can be illegal violations of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

That said, ICE may have qualified immunity, which does not mean they are innocent of those violations, it just gives them some protection against criminal prosecution but they could still face civil suits based on those violations.

MAGA loves to talk about "good guys with guns" as if they are all these good samaritans stopping crime...

Yet if someone witnesses what by all appearances is a kidnapping being committed by a gang of unidentified, masked thugs and chooses to get involved to try and save that person, suddenly MAGA no longer believes in any of that "good guy" stuff.

I've always maintained MAGA and guns, MAGA and the "macho alpha" crap they try to project is a nothing but bunch of weak-ass cosplay. And it's MAGA that keeps proving me right.
