Look VERY closely at any video you intend to post in a reply.

We’ve gone over this endlessly, and there are endless accounts of people saying they saw nothing of the sort. But, you’ll never believe it, so we’re done.

Just one video. It would go away if you could post one. There must be hundreds of videos out there. If there are so many unidentified arrests there has to be video proof. Every video posted thus far fails to bolster the secret police narrative.

I know you think you are making a point because... rule of law blah blah. Perhaps you are even that retired ICE guy

But this level of aggression shouldn't be happening in the U.S. for one lone woman who is not thought to be carrying weapons.

Yes I assume the second guy unzipped his jacket to show his badge but that was after the first grabbed her. WTF

And this video? We are lucky to have it. Wouldn't ICE love it if there are no videos?

Where are these videos you are asking for supposed to come from? Most of these arrests are average people living their lives walking around. We’ll be lucky if there is a passerby willing to record it.

They identified themselves. Guy #2 pulls out his badge. You’re welcome to question the manpower but there is nothing “secret” about the police here.

I too can buy a badge you know

I can even get tactical gear and I'm a nobody

What's your point?

My point is that there are no videos of secret police but people keep saying they exist. It’s not true.

Why don’t you post videos of them properly identifying themselves before grabbing people?

Any video you’ve seen shows this. Pick one.

Baltimore: Didn't identify themselves https://www.cbsnews.com/baltimore/news/maryland-immigration-enforcement-ice-highlandtown-arrests-catonsville-baltimore

Portland: Didn't identify themselves https://katu.com/news/local/video-ice-agents-detaining-asylum-seeker-portland

Long Island: Didn't identify themselves https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/video-allegedly-shows-ice-agents-detaining-hispanic-us-citizen-on-long-island

Again and again and again this has happened. Stop lying, stop gaslighting.

The first two links show identified ICE agents. In the first video there were agents wearing police vests and others in standard law enforcement uniforms. In the second video there was an officer on the passenger side of the car wearing a badge around his neck. Your third link didn’t work.

They learned it from this administration. It’s ok to blatantly lie until people believe it.

Pay closer attention. ICE identifies themselves in every video.

Grandstanding politicians and a judge have broken the law.

No federal agents will be tried for anything.

Some politicians and judges might go to trial.

Answer this:

What law did the politicians and judge break?

Hint: None.

What laws did ICE break in arresting Lander?

False arrest - ICE falsely accused Lander of assault when there is no evidence he committed assault. They also had no warrant or probably cause, which means ICE's actions may constitute false arrest and a violation of the Fourth Amendment

Due Process violation - arresting someone based on false accusations and without legal justification can be illegal violations of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

That said, ICE may have qualified immunity, which does not mean they are innocent of those violations, it just gives them some protection against criminal prosecution but they could still face civil suits based on those violations.

"False arrest - ICE falsely accused Lander of assault when there is no evidence he committed assault. They also had no warrant or probably cause, which means ICE's actions may constitute false arrest and a violation of the Fourth Amendment"

Hmmm, so sure of yourself on the bolded text. Then you switch to "may". Why is that?

I'm sure you are feverishly reviewing footage and have all the answers.

ICE lies about this. With the Newark mayor and this case also.
