Give DeMatha lacrosse starters all first team WCAC.

Instead of #1 IAC vs. #1 WCAC, it's #5 IAC vs #7 WCAC for post-season bragging rights until March 2026. Good luck to both teams!

1. Landon
No discussion
2. Bullis
Better record, harder schedule, head-to-head
3. DeMatha
WCAC Champs and 1 OT loss from #2
4. St. John's
2nd Place WCAC. One bad loss
5. Good Counsel
1 hth loss against GP but a better season
6. St. Mary's Ryken
hot at the end of the season
7. Georgetown Prep
losing record and no big wins
8. Gonzaga
too many 1 goal losses
9. St. Albans
there's hope in Cleveland Park
10. Episcopal
some good regional wins
HM
Heights, Independence, PVI

Do you really think Prep would lose to Ryken? Prep took care of business against GC a month ago, and the game wasn't that close in the second half.

I'm not sure if SJC is deserving of being a top-four team in the area when they didn't even make it to the final four of their own league playoffs.

EHS plays PVI today in the VISAA State quarterfinals; should be an interesting game to follow.

No opinion on outcome. Neither team is compelling, they both play different versions of bad club lax (50 seconds on the shot clock, no back up, bull dodge and miss vs same and split dodge and miss,) that's also boring. Season's over, have your players watch Cornell or ND or Tufts to learn how not to do the above, and good luck to all next year.

Prep's program is fading and its fading fast.

Wasn’t Prep supposed to be good this year?

They we’re supposed to compete for a championship.

They got ran off the field by Landon and Bullis.

They 2nd Bullis game was a bit closer

First GP Bullis game was 11-6, second one was 11-5

GP's problem was straight up coaching - players will follow a good coach's plan (or sit), which would be ball movement and possession-valuing. They have talent, just badly used. PVI has less talent but still enough to be much better than they were. EHS less still, so not as much a coaching problem as a horses problem. Too small and slow to get away with hero ball.

This sounds like more of an axe to grind against the current Prep head coach and its staff. This Prep squad was one of the least talented rosters in the post covid era. Prep struggled this season because of having a less talented roster and coaching is just alright.

Lil Hoyas might have some high profile IL recruits but based on what I witnessed, these "commits" are just club ball bros and likely will have a very hard time ever seeing the field in college.

No axe, no skin - agree to disagree. A good coach can squeeze good product out of what I saw in the few GP games I watched. They were not well coached.

Bullis and Landon off the schedule next year. Lmao

they are in the same league, Hoyas can't avoid them.

Prep should be better next Spring, they started primarily sophomores and juniors this year.
