Recruiting is great for teams in the top 10 or so.
It starts sliding pretty quick as you get to the upper teens, and into the 20s. Coaches aren't going out to see those teams regularly, and they predictably don't show as well even if they did. We're going to see how the next couple years go.

Hi there. The crazy happens 8th grade year leading up to summer tryouts and continues shortly thereafter before the crazy torch is passed to the next class. We are now the crazy ones and there will not be a more engaging topic over the next 9 month than tryouts.

No they won’t. Pride 29 didn’t just lose girls to NL, they lost 12 girls last season almost all of them starters. This won’t be a fair match up unfortunately.
