1000% confirmed ✅ |
Spot on |
that’s literally every coach At nva |
Any insiders know why lazy and subpar folks like Roberto and Phil still get to collect checks for virtually no ROI? TIA! |
|
Because they win and keep 85% of the team happy. What else do you want? Who cares if they lose at Regionals or Nationals? Did your club qualify for either? They seem to be one of the few ECNL teams that only roster 18-20 players, and they somehow compete with the other NOVA teams carrying 23-27+ players....NVA is not such a bad deal if you can make the team. I believe most of the hate comes from parents of kids that did not make the team |
This is the entirety of NVA, top to bottom. |
So ur sayin that essentially the current NVA coaches are grade A boot lickers with no spine or dignity? |
Win what? They send 2/3 kids to D1 schools and their younger age groups are now crashing out of simple tournaments because people have options. LS has always prioritized whoever can grow the fastest - "who cares if your parents are 5'4, you're 5' in 4th grade let's kick and chase". |
boom goes the dynamite… someone hit it on the head |
| Doubt it’s parents whose kids didn’t make it. Despite what you’d like to believe, my guess is these are all current parents on NVA players. I think there’s a serious lack of respect and loyalty amongst the staff for each other and it’s pouring over onto the field and their players. Nothing worse than a club with a bad culture that starts at the top and has no where to go but trickle down. This won’t bode well for the future of NVA, at least not on the girls side. It’s really unfortunate too bc there’s a ton of talent at NVA if the coaches could just get their heads out of the cloud and work together they could do some good things over there. |
loyalty amongst staff and players….. does loyalty equal kids getting equal playing time, captains bands and id sessions? Or loyalty from coaches undercutting other coaches? Please define this loyalty as thing. Anyways NVA doesn’t sound much different from other clubs if its staff on staff issues. Do you think your girls will make a run for it!? And why are there no womens coaches. That really bothers me. |
| Loyalty amongst coaches would be a strong feeling of support and allegiance for the team, club and one another. Meaning you don’t put your fellow peers down in front of their players when they’re not around in an attempt to undercut them, disrespect them or change the future course of the team. You respect each other, help and support each other towards a common goal which can be one of several things…player development, winning, trophies, etc… |
The parent culture at NVA is as bad as the coaching culture. Or maybe they are because of and feed off each other. Some clubs are run by the coaches and others are run by the parents. We know which one is NVA |
