Most beautiful (and ugliest) language you have heard

Too bad it's so niche.

It's not niche, over 250 million people speak it, mostly in South America and Africa, thanks to the horrors of Portugese colonialism.

I like Italian and can’t stand the sound of Vietnamese.

With Arabic and Hebrew all I can think of is the throat guttural noises and how I don’t think I could do it.

Ugliest - Spanish

Central Mexican Spanish is a lot easier on the ears than Puerto Rican Spanish.

I love the sound (and the accents of native speakers)
1) Bengali - most musical and expressive
2) Turkish and Persian - musical and complex
3) Spanish and Italian - Very expressive too.

I don't speak any of the languages above but I can understand quite a bit of these languages. I don't like the stiff languages where it feels that people are angry (Russian, German). Or the languages that have a whole bunch of coughing (Arabic), clucking (Vietnamese) etc.
