Sounds like genocide to me.

Italian is beautiful. English spoken with a thick Australian accent is awful.

Same. I wish I didn’t though.

I think Italian is pretty and Portuguese too.

French is beautiful. Sometimes if I take a rare pot gummy to relax in the evening, I listen to a French podcast as I fall asleep, understanding nothing , just listening to the sound of the language.

Ugliest is, sadly, German, which I speak grudgingly.

Vietnamese is pretty ugly. I am Asian.

Portuguese is hard on the ears. So is Icelandic language.

I feel similarly way about Hebrew.

I actually do not mind Hebrew or German. For me, it's the Austrailian accent that grates on the nerve. "Throw a shrimp on the barbie, mate".

For the record, no one in Australia calls them "shrimp."

I don't find any language ugly sounding, but German is definitely harsh on the ear.

Cantonese is all harsh consonants.
Definitely dislike it.

Most beautiful is Italian.

Ugliest are Vietnamese and French. French is so whiny.

…and I’m half French.

Portuguese is the best. It sounds so fun. Helps that Brazilians are by and large great people.

Too bad it's so niche.

Brazilian Portuguese is the best; Hebrew the worst.

Brazil is the 7th most populous nation in the world so I'd hardly call it niche.

Specifically, French spoken with the Rural Quebecois accent. It's what Celine Dion spoke French with when she started getting famous but then she dropped it for a more standard French accent.
