PP isn't excusing them at all. Yes, they should go to jail. But PP is pointing out that many people surrounding Trump have fallen for that, even though Trump is known for exploiting people then abandoning them to their fate. Now are they ALL stupid? What's their deal?

He wasn’t charged with trying to kill election workers. Evidence has to be relevant to the charged crime, and evidence that is only tangentially relevant can be excluded if it is too prejudicial. Those are the rules of evidence.

It’s debatable IMO because he said he only wanted to kill Antifa, and election workers are definitely not Antifa.
