The three amendments dealing with the Pine Spring attendance island, Columbia Pines, and keeping the small neighorhoods west of Sleepy Hollow Road at Belvedere (Amendments 2-4) all passed. The amendments dealing with Wakefield Forest and Bren Mar Park failed.
The staff recommendation, with the foregoing amendments, will be voted on shortly, but it will clearly pass. |

Allison is the name of Tina Hone's wealthy friend who was a mentor to her in high school. Hone mentioned her in supporting the amendment to keep WFES at AHS and said the students from WFES serve as "Allisons" to kids like her at AHS. Raney called her out on this later and pointed out there will still be plenty of middle-class kids at AHS in the future. |

Sure they will. It's just that the over-crowded school will be Frost, not Annandale. |
