Last year it was may 9 or 10

South County @ Lake Braddock - Decides third place in the Patriot district.

Hayfield @ Justice - 10-0 vs. 9-1 - Great feel good story even if they didn't play the toughest schedules. Winner takes the National district regular season title.

Lake Braddock 8 South County 7

Hayfield 16 Justice 8

What are some guesses for POY and the first second etc teams

A lot of good players were injured most of the year, will this factor into their discussions and teams?

It should be based on performance and not reputation or potential. But guys who haven't played enough sometime still make the list.

I'll try for Liberty:

POY - Hudson Greene - Yorktown

Attack

Hudson Greene - Yorktown
Alex Haag - Langley
Bryce Kojac - McLean

Midfield

Max Mullen - McLean
Eli Pilch - Yorktown
Jack Milone - Langley

Defense/LSM

Isaac Bell, McLean
Kaelan Ferris, McLean
Harry Larbalestier - Yorktown

Goalie

Hayden Whittington - Yorktown

Faceoff - Cole Samburg - Langley or Dylan Lefton - Yorktown (whoever loses might still get it for midfield)

Any predictions for when Yorktown and McLean meet again?

Yorktown by 4 or 5. Not a good matchup for McLean.

Yorktown, McLean, Stone Bridge. Just not a good match-up for them because they like to use their athleticism and spread teams out and dodge instead of running a “system.” Playoffs should be interesting if they match-up vs. Yorktown again.

OK, keep thinking Robinson does not have an offensive "system."

😆 Seriously! Does he think Robinson just runs around on offense like it's pickup basketball or something?

You may be right, but its hard to say... Riverside has their FOGO back, and are clicking on both sides of the field. They have like 6/7 guys that can score consistently. They move the ball like I haven't seen in public school lacrosse in a while...

You must not have watched Robinson play

I watched them play McLean. They struggled with extended pressure.
