NCAP going downhill?

Their experience showed, not age. Get a life. Most of the team’s combined points came from these two sites for the win.

🙄 you could tell with your very own eyes that they were significantly older than the other coaches there. Did I say they can’t coach, nope, I pointed out a fact, they are elderly and would be the logical choices for who is stepping aside to make room for this new senior coach. He’s not leaving Bucknell to be a club assistant coach, so he is obviously taking the helm of one of the club’s sites.

Regardless, his resume is impressive.

Maybe I’m hard to satisfy as a former SEC swimmer, but this doesn’t impress me. I’d rather keep Pete. Why would a college coach leave for a club team?

PM has already sent an email out that he is coaching next year, so perhaps it's BG's site.

I can’t see a college coach moving to a club for a position at one of its less prominent sites, so I feel like it has to be Prep if it’s not Burke, and there is no reason to think Jeremy Lin is leaving West.

Could they be bringing in someone to sit at the helm of the Nova (Tyson’s/MM) site?

Chris Natoli is the Gold 1 coach of those sites. He’s with the NCAP NCSA all stars in London, so I don’t think there’s an indication he’s leaving.

NCAP clearly does not know how to communicate to its clients; the parents and swimmers.

Communication (at least at our site) is not a strong suit of the team.

To be fair, it’s not like NCAP could say anything until he announced he was leaving Bucknell. My daughter was looking at the comments on Bucknell’s Insta post wishing him good luck and one of the comments says something about looking forward to seeing him in Maryland….

He’s going to Prep. Bruce isn’t retiring yet. It’s a planning move but I did hear a Prep coach was told his contract isn’t being renewed come summer end.

Meaning there's a phased retirement for Bruce or something?

Who was shown the door? Spit it out.

DP I’m going to guess it’s Jeremy Cochran who had been running Gold 2 this year. Is this going to be a John Flanagan at Marymount situation for Bruce where he is still part of the program but Dan Schinnerer is the main guy now?

Why would they tell anyone anything? You will know once your deposit clears, they have your money, and you have no options.
