What issues? Where is any proof of that? |
Where did the male DNA in the underwear come from? It was not the brother’s or father’s. The top detective on the case always said intruder. It is unclear when the photos with the cobwebs were taken. Even the next day would have been enough time for more cobwebs to appear, AND, they probably were made by a spider after the window was left open for that day. It was cold outside-a window left open would have been noticed if it had been that way for long before the crime, even in the basement.
No 9 year old is making a garrote and no mother with zero indication of prior abuse would do what was done to that child and leave her dead body in that room. Intruder all the way. |
Agree. I don't know why there is even a debate, especially since one of the top investigators in the country said it was an intruder. I honestly don't think this case would have been hard to solve. It was no criminal mastermind. It was the staggering level of incompetence with the Boulder police...and they were embarrassed so had to keep blaming it on the family. I do think the intruder knew the family - it wasn't random - and knew to enter the house when they were at the party through the open basement window that was kept unlocked for the Christmas lights, and knew they were away so felt comfortable grabbing Patsy's pen and paper and leaving a long note. Hid in the huge house until bedtime, then tased the girl to leave the house with her. I mean you don't have to have police training to know that you don't contaminate a crime scene by letting 100 neighbors come over. |
One theory is that John made the garrote, is the one who staged the body. Regardless, any intruder theory must content with the fact that Patsy wrote the ransom note. That is the least questionable piece of evidence available. |
I 100% believe the intruder theory but I think Patsy was SUPER clueless and I think she was likely one of those moms who popped a lot of the "mother's little helper" pills and wasn't really living in reality.
I think she hung around with a LOT of shady characters and didn't pick up on things in the pageant scene. I mean I get it, I'd take a lot of stuff too if that happened to my child, but I mean, I think she was doing some of that stuff BEFORE the murder. She had stage four cancer, so I'm sure she had a ton of access to pills and no one questioned it. Probably a drinker. In no way am I blaming her, but I think that is in part why along with the unbelievable bungled police work they were never able to get a good list of suspects. Sounds like they always had a ton of people over, socializing, a ton of workers had access to the house.... |
Experts were not able to definitely say she wrote the note. |
No the stun gun theory has been disproved. Marks were made by debris on the ground. It was a family member inside the home. |
The taser theory has NEVER been disproved. |
There is ample evidence she wrote the note. Unless you really think an intruder found her stationery and pen in the dark, lounged around writing a letter for an hour, and somehow managed to mimic her handwriting, expressions, and include private family info. |
Maybe, but it has been proved the marks line up exactly with the toy train tracks. |
Had to be that the mother lost her temper saw her atunf in kitchen in middle night prob wet from an accident then snatched her up and accidentally hit her head. The son was only 8 and they had money. Had e done it then he not need to be covered for rhe parents would have simply called 911 as a reaction. I feel mothers don't often sometimes but usu a stupid young girl cover for the father. She hurt her abd father couldn't leave fingerprints cas note tge weapon and everything else's snacks are in house. You don't leave body with the note. You being your own kite and it not a novel. Same the McCains. The mother. Common sense. |
+10000 it was for sure a family member INSIDE the house. The fruit on the table like she was up eating. |
Remember when they said Burke was asleep yet you can hear his voice on the enhanced 911 call? |
Can anyone disprove that Burke was molesting his sister and something went very wrong like he choked her and she died and the parents covered it up? With the mom writing the ransom note?
Sorry but I can't read all 115 pages on this thread was this covered? |
Handwriting analysis is hardly science. |
