I’m surprised the other ladies aren’t doing much if any commenting on Theresa’s and Leslie’s posts. I saw supportive posts for Leslie from Joan, Trista, and Caitlyn Bristowe. Didn’t see any for Theresa. The kind thing to do would be to be generous and supportive to both. A simple “we love you Leslie” and “congratulations, Theresa!” right? Anyway, I find this a little puzzling given the nice camaraderie in the house.

Leslie was far too sophisticated for Gerry. They would have nothing in common. I suspect the fact that she's Jewish was a factor for him because he's a wasp. He could be a bit anti-semetic. Big difference between being a WASP, which is probably the most sophisticated group in the USA, vs being an American cornfed midwestern white dude, which is what you're describing. Both have NW European ancestry and both are great and very attractive in their own ways, but theyre not the same. A true WASP would probably never deign to even be on the show.

Also, I though Teresa was Jewish as well, she looks it at least...

Several looked very upset on Leslie's behalf during ATR, and all of them were aware of the not-nice revelations about Gerry's dating life that had just come out. Theresa's feed is full of comments about Gerry being after her money. Honestly, I feel bad for her. I hope both ladies are being supported privately by the other women, at least. They might feel challenged saying anything publicly right now.

Gerry's feed is FULL of criticism, Leslie-specific and about him as a person. He has 100K followers and didn't even post the finale or proposal as a result. The GB producers really screwed the pooch on this one.

Just a snarky comment replying to the "maybe he's wealthy due to a settlement from the hospital for killing his wife" one. Nobody knows the details of what happened, but I think he said she was really sick for 7-10 days before he took her to the ER. That's a shame. Hindsight is 20-20, but often people who are quite sick refuse to go, sometimes until it's too late.

Trista posted a nice "I love love" with a pic of their ATR embrace. She's a nice person, supportive of both ladies. She's been in both positions and understands. There's absolutely a way to support both of them, and more should do so.

For the sake of the show ABC needs to clean up the comments section for Gerry and Theresa. It's a sh*t show. Always amazing to me how people become so rabid about tearing people down from their pedestal.

None of us knows either Theresa or Leslie, or the full stories here, and snarking about a 70-something’s looks is contemptible. I said the same thing when y’all were criticizing Joan.

Gerry and Theresa had a good, long virtual interview with Katie Couric. He addressed some of the criticisms, but basically with his usual scripted answers. So, I think you either accept his response or you don't. Theresa seemed tired and a little deflated, but generally ok.
