The Bryc u9-11 boys has been a disaster this year. “D” is only in it to advance his own kid. The constant reshuffling of kids from team to team is not what parents were promised at the beginning of the year.

2006 VDA did not go to the national finals as far as I am aware. Where did you get this info from? Nor did they come in as mid-atlantic champs. They are in 10th place.

Except it's all BS. None of those things are true. VDA 2006 never went to national finals two years ago. Nor did they come in as mid-atlantic champs. Nor does TDS rank them #7 in the country.

They didn't go to the national finals. They finished 10th in ECNL with a 3-5-2 record. TDS doesn't rank them at all.

He's watching because bryc is bottoming out at all girls age groups in ecnl. Time for some kind of overhaul.

He will tell them that they need to do a better job developing kids at U9-U12 since bryc is not a magnet for players like it once was and can rely on that anymore. Too many other big clubs nearby.

Bryc has quantity but not quality.
