You still have regular admissions, try not to worry in the meantime.

Wow, all that money and stress for results that are the same or worse than public school.

Data I'm looking at now for public schools is shockingly low. Literally, historically bad numbers. Lot of kids will be at JCs instead.

where are you seeing this 'data'

Spreadsheet on The Google Docs. Filtered and sorted of course.

My DD got $30k per year merit 2 years ago from Tulane. 3.8 UW and 34 SAT from a Catholic HS.

I interviewed a kid from the "Big 3" for my HYPS alma mater and I'm sad she got deferred. She seemed great!

My kid from a private HS got rejected at Northwestern. Any admits? If so, would you share stats.

My only holiday wish is that all the Big 3 kids get into all the Ivy League schools that they've been brainwashed to believe are the only measure of success. Anything less is abject failure. And if you're not from a big three, we really don't care about you.

My holiday wish is you find the happiness in your life you are so obviously lacking.

Sorry, obviously I've triggered you with my snarky remark. Here's are thought for the thread, good luck to every kid from every school that gets a college placement during this crappiest of times. We as parents are proud of you.

Triggered PP, why don't you come down off your elitist private school, likely big 3 high horse and lighten up.

lol, right?

Is the previous poster really saying that there is some "The Google Docs" (note capitals on "The" and "Doc") where all college admissions data (early action no less) is stored?

And this "data" shows terrible results for public school kids country-wide (or is it city-wide? state-wide?)

What is this magical document?

34 ACT. $20,000 annually in merit aid.

Tulane regional Admissions Director loves DMV private schools. He recognizes the majority of applicants are full pay with likely high annual donation amounts on top of that, the kids are super bright but not dorks, and they all know how to let loose. It’s called I’ll scratch yours if you scratch mine. All have a Happy Ending!!
