The conservatives here are talking about Fox and Tucker Carlson.

Fox and Tucker Carlson are liars. Fox is a propaganda network designed to advance the goals of Rupert Murdoch -- that is, screw the American worker and help billionaires.

Tucker Carlson uses white supremacist talking points regularly because hate and lies help Murdoch.

Keeping that in mind, it's clear the above quote is pure projection. Accusing others of what the right is guilty of.

The right can't understand that the center and left actually care about facts; actually want to have good-faith discussions; actually care about learning and what is true.

To the right, all that matters in their "news" and media is the pursuit of power. They don't care about the truth.

Meanwhile, all the conservative apparatchiks in DC working for places like Heritage and AEI are getting screwed by Murdoch as he cuts his own taxes and sticks them with the bill. (They don't realize as they get older they will actually start to care about healthcare working well, and about retirement, and about the country remaining a stable place to work and earn). I'm grateful to those advertisers for supporting decency. I start to try to post rebuttals to the xenophobia here, but then I get tired and cancel most of the posts. But I'm really grateful to the immigrants around me. I wish I were more effective at speaking up for them.
