I like Sapphire, Ruby and Belfast |
| So what does the basic bitch in the picture have to do with what M + H will name their kid? |
How do you know they weren’t? Why are you being so hateful towards these names? |
Because many of the troll posters are suggesting things that are hateful like "Belfast (site of royal assasinations)" and "Samantha" (Meghan's hellish half sister") or names they think low-class black people would choose. Go find a hobby. |
Gross. |
It’s not a color thing, but KM projects “classy” and “lady” while Meghan projects “phony” and “climber.” |
That's your opinion. Not a fact. Learn the difference. |
The suggestions in this thread (and others) say otherwise. Have a nice evening. |
The suggestions in this thread reflect only on the racism of those posters. Says nothing at all about Meghan. |
| What about ‘Kourt’? As in royal court? |
+1 |
| I think people are suggesting “silly” names because she’s American. To me it’s all in good fun. Like, she’s American so she’ll name the baby Ashlyn. Kate is british, so everyone suggested royal names. |
Is this a mistake? Diana only has one n. |
Or they're racist. I just reported a poster who thought she should name the baby something insulting. |

Some less-used royal names:
Girls: Helena (Victoria's daughter) Caroline (this would be a nice homage to Charles, but maybe too close to Charlotte) Amelia (George III's favorite daughter) Adelaide (William IV's wife) Augusta (another G3 daughter) Sophia (another G3 daughter) Matilda (daughter of Henry II) Eleanor (the infamous of Aquitaine) I've seen Grace mentioned, but I haven't seen Margaret. I like Margaret, personally. Isabella has royal connotations (wife of King John). too. Boys: Arthur (Victoria's son, also Duke of Wellington) Philip (obvious) James (I wouldn't do this, neither James was a great king) Edmund (many) Stephen (of Blois) Others: Lionel, Thomas, Humphrey, even John (though, again ... not a good ruler) |
