DP. I am in MoCo and never worried. I'd rather it go to NoVa and maybe get a side effect of some smaller real-estate price hike, if even. MoCo(and MD) is rich enough, for the most part. Plust traffic would be a nightmare. NoVa already has insane traffic that can't compare to MD at all. I avoid going to NoVa at all cost.
But, a real question, is it official yet? I don't see anything saying it is official? If so, VA better take away whatever it promised Bezos as he is literary robbing them.

And he is totally robbing NOVA and with the two day delay with FOIAs-- most likely abusing any employees that end up working here.
