He is a 70 year old obese man with a family history of Alzheimer's who doesn't take care of himself and who use(d) drugs. The multi-infarct dementia sounds absolutely reasonable. We also know that the GOP was happy to prop Reagan up when he began to decompensate, and as they now seem willing to overlook conspiracy with Russia and to support pedophilia, I do not harbor any illusions that they will be straight with us on this either.
