Chandra Levy was solved recently. It was a serial rapist (yes, there are serial rapists in DC who aren’t in politics). I’m pretty sure he was hispanic? They covered it on an early episode of My Favorite Murder (to which everyone on this thread should listen).

Are you thinking of the guy they just deported? He raped two other women in the exact same area and was suspected of Chandra's rape and murder.

This is the one I want to know about. I lived in Charlotte at the time and was also connected to Kyle through a friend group. It was definitely one of those things where it could have easily happened to anyone. From what we could tell, he acted like a completely normal 20 something going out in downtown Charlotte at the time.
