I definitely feel like there are several missing. The one with people smoking on their balconies? Getting the stink eye for singing to her kid in the checkout line at the grocery store.

OP here. I tried starting a thread about noble people doing good things while ago but obviously that one didn't fly. People around here have nothing noble or honorable to share. All they want is to humiliate others and make them feel even worse for their failures.

What failures? Your husband is a model employee that every employer wants to have but who was lured into some kind of a Kafkian company. While it is unclear whether you are as similar to Steve Jobs as your husband is, there are certainly no admitted failures on your part.

Wow! I've been ignoring this thread for days b/c I thought the title was about someone asking for unpaid leave from their boss. Imagine my surprise when I opened it up and saw it was a second coming of Chipotle Lady!! I never knew! I jsut read through the whole thread with gusto. IIRC, that thread was actually all about people (starting with you) talking about the noble things THEY themselves had done. Tooting your own horn about the noble and selfless things you do pretty much takes you out of the category of being noble and selfless. Why am I not surprised that you don't get that?

I think you would get along very well with the "Why are you deleting my posts?" woman. Her blog is about as well-written as your posts, and equally clueless.
