My daughter plays ecnl for union. No team chemistry and not a lot of wins.
Coaches have no idea how to promote team play. Most parents, so of whom run the team, are similarly clueless.

LOL This is the worst. I'm sorry, parents tend to ruin good things on most ECNL rosters unless that coach is a grade A a-hole or has CW's resume.
