They literally have been doing 2 morning practices and 2 afternoon sessions all year and that doesn't include the lift sessions.

Is it possible to have trying outs on the 20th and 21st and then play a real game in 2 weeks if you haven’t already been preparing? Stop trying to act like everyone isn’t getting ready. Almost like the BS that the IAC doesn’t give athletic money.

You clearly don’t know that the IAC is full of multi sport athletes. Lmao

90% of the players on Landon's roster play 2nd sport (hockey, wrestling, football or soccer).

One of the few schools that really advocates their players to play a 2nd or even a 3rd sport.

St Albans has several multi sport athletes on their roster.

Its common to see in the smaller IAC schools.

WCAC schools are massive so sports specialization is a lot more common in the Catholic league.

Landon doesn't advocate for a 2nd sport, it is required. It really hurts the early part of the season for a sport like lax. Landon is missing at least 8 first or 2nd line players due to winter sports participation.
