I mean from everything I've read Doug is actually on a friendly basis with his ex's so I mean kudos to that guy... Hell even his ex-wife likes Kamala his new wife which is pretty unheard of nowadays... If anything it makes me like them more as a couple

Doug Emhoff goes on to have a successful law career and another happy marriage to a very successful woman who was deeply involved in raising his children. The ex wife forgives him to some extent and co-parents. He has a shot at becoming out country’s First Gentleman, after spending 4 years as a Second Gentleman.

The nanny loses her school job, moves across the country, and finds herself going into service for another rich family. She is unable to resume her teaching career and is still working with other people’s infants many years later, now obese and likely with a bad back. She keeps her peace all of these years.

As far as dirt on a candidate goes? If this is the best they've got (dirt on her husband), I think she'll be OK.

The only other thing Trump's campaign seems to have found is that, formerly, Harris referred to herself more often as "The first Indian.... in office" and didn't mention she was also Black. That didn't seem to be the big scandal he thought it was though.

That’s maybe because she isn’t the first black woman in the Senate or attorney general. She is the first Indian Am. woman in the Senate and atty general .

What's hilarious is how dumb it is for the GOP attack Harris on this given she hadn't even met Emhoff at the time and given who the GOP candidate is. I mean you definitely can try, it just probably won't work out the way you want it to.
