Don’t kid yourself. He was run out of office by his own party.

No truer words.

+1
I love the revisionist fiction being spun that he selflessly and thoughtfully decided to step down. Riiiiiight…

I love the Republicans getting upset about it.

But, she wasn’t chosen by the primary.

She was appointed. Sane old same old.

I’ll take the old guy.

Will he finish the term or is more going on? This is a pretty big announcement to make via social media with an address to the American people later this week? Maybe he’s still sick with Covid?

WHEELS UP HEELS UP

Why would Whitmer agree to being the VP? I thought she had her eyes on 2028.

Imagine being so based your opponent, the POTUS, literally drops out when YOU were the one who almost got your head blown off.

Love the world salad here. What are you attempting to say?

Are you kidding? He specifically said in 2020 that he would *only* run as a one-term president. Then his ego got the better of him and he reneged on that. He might have had something of a “legacy” had he kept his word and allowed someone else to run in 2024. Instead, his legacy will be as a stubborn, diminished old man who had to be pushed out of the race.

No, never actually said that. What he said is that he would be a bridge to the next generation. He absolutely never said he would be a one-term president.

Better than Biden, but not good enough. She needs to get on stage and debate Trump.

He’ll eat her alive. Sad but true!

She's younger and can manage to memorize answers. Trump will seem confused by comparison. If I were Trump, I would refuse any debate. Even if she's as likeable as dishwater, she's more coherent.

Did you just fall out of a coconut tree?

She can be fixed. Her staff is awful.

Trump is right so much of the time.

Translation: “we need to switch candidates because ours is polling really poorly”

It wasn’t just the polls. The American people could see with their own eyes what was going on - we all have too many family members who experienced the same. Should this have been handled differently? Sure. But he wasn’t that bad a year ago when a full primary would have had to be initiated. Everyone thinks they’re the one who will dodge the inevitable.

Democrats are not perfect - they’re slimy politicians like the rest of them. But at least they try to bring the American people with them along the way. They made a hard call. Republicans never stepped up in 2016, 2020, or now.

Most successful in destroying America?

NP. Please explain the ways in which he has destroyed America. Try to write coherently, using facts, if you are able to.

Good grief. She has shown no ability to be a leader or to “show power of a woman.” She is mocked all the time because of her ridiculous speeches and comments.
