Biden weighing whether to drop out

He’s going to have to dig deep to channel his inner George Washington. Don’t think he can turn this around though. Voters have been uncomfortable and now they’re sliding into anger. Maybe some are already at rage. Hopefully his meeting with governors will help him understand the reality.

After the check clears and Hunter receives a duffel bag full of crack: “Well, upon consulting with my physician, it’s probably a good idea if I don’t run after all.”

I think he’ll be gone this time next week.

I was thinking this Friday. The holiday might interfere though.

Apparently it’s now two people close to him who have said that he knows his candidacy is in trouble but he still hopes the weekend will turn it around.

He’s got an interview on Friday and some campaign stops over the weekend. So probably early next week. Voters will probably be honest with him on his campaign stops.

Pray tell, has Mitch McConnell stepped down yet? Didn't think so.

Or Grassley? Nope, not him either.

Neither of these guys are president.
They don't make major decisions on foreign policy.
They don't have the nuclear codes.
They don't routinely meet with world leaders.
Nice try.

(And, I might add... while Mitch has his own health problems, Grassley can run circles around Biden.)

McConnell is the one who controls Supreme Court nominations. McConnell is directly responsible for Dobbs. And he is doing his best to die in office. Possibly purely to spite the remaining justices.

Yeah that really convinces me that Biden should remain the leader of this country for the next 4 years. 🙄

Do saps really not realize this is just media fueled hysteria to drum up ratings and clicks because all these outlets are dying on the vine?

This will blow over in a few weeks.

What proof do you have Obama is smart? He hasn't revealed his school records, SAT or LSAT scores to my knowledge. Even his public speaking ability is grossly overblown by a media that was always in the bag for him. Most Black people think he's a phony cornball.

Literally every part of that's false. Russia is falling apart, its allies are bailing right and left, Iran is crippled, Hamas is battered to nothing, NATO and US alliances are growing and stronger than ever and we are getting improvements to our infrastructure that we have been needing for decades. AND, the chaos and inflation brought by the pandemic and Trump's mismanagement are dropping. And, Obama is actively campaigning and fundraising for Biden. Can't say the same for Pence or much of any other former Trump administration officials.
