The tide is turning against Ukraine and the GOP couldn’t be more smug that their leader Putin is getting his way.

No one would have thought 20 years ago that Russia would be leading the GOP around, but here we are.

Only in your dreams. How about we demand Zelensky’s receipts so we can see why he hasn’t yet won this war.

Dems don’t care. Ukraine isn’t worth closing our border or deporting illegal invaders.

That shows how little the Dems care about Ukraine.

Obama let Putin take Crimea, Biden said Russia could take parts of Ukraine and he’d watch. Trump armed Ukraine to fight Russian tanks.

Nice narrative dems got there; too bad it’s false.

????

The Dems supported an immigration bill that did that. The GOP opposed it. Not the Dems fault, please blame the right people here.

Obama has said Crimea was probably his biggest mistake in office.
Biden was distingusihing between a missile flying through air space (an incursion) and an actual land invasion. The US under Biden, has supplied billions in arms and aid to Ukraine. Trump begrudingly povided some Javelin defense missles but stipulated they had to stay on the west side of the country, away from where the Russian tanks invaded Donbas under his watch while he was trying to blackmail the Ukrainian president for personal gain and creating the mythical Hunter Laptop hoax that beguiles the GOP to this day.

So let's talk about your false narratives.

The tide is turning against Ukraine.

They have no ammo.

On a good day, they can fire 2000 shells. Meanwhile, Russia is firing more than 10-15,000 every day.

It's a problem

Partly, it's NATO doctrine. There are no NATO war plans that call for multi-year, trench warfare, artillery duel wars. NATO has air power and is mobile. They are not prepared for this kind of war. And it shows.

Europe has been slow to ramp up production. And really - this is their problem. Russia is their neighbor. Not ours.

But at this moment in time, only the US has the excess armamants that will allow Ukraine to fight - as Ukraine has been doing, heroically - for two years now.

It's just Mike Johnson

He refuses to put the bill up for a vote. It would pass overwhelmingly in the House.

Mike Johnson is why Ukraine is getting obliterated presently.

Horrible human being.

He’s funded by Russia. What else is new within that traitor party.

Please stop the “he’s funded by Russia “ 💩. Not does Putin have stuff on him or any GOP member who is sucking up to him.

These GOP are willingly pro Russia because they see Putin as an anti-woke strongman. They don’t believe in democracy and want to destroy our government. It’s that simple.

Obama allowed Crimea to be taken by Russians.

(CNN) President Joe Biden on Wednesday predicted Russia "will move in" to Ukraine, citing existential concerns by the country's president, Vladimir Putin, even as he acknowledged disunity within NATO over how to respond to a "minor incursion."

The candid assessment laid bare the struggle Biden faces in creating meaningful consequences and deterrents for Moscow.

“It's one thing if it's a minor incursion and we end up having to fight about what to do and not do," Biden told reporters at an East Room news conference. "But if they actually do what they're capable of doing with the forces amassed on the border, it is going to be a disaster for Russia if they further invade Ukraine."

Obama refused to sell heavy defensive weaponry to Ukraine.

Ukraine pleaded with U.S. for lethal weapons since Russia annexed Crimea in 2014

Obama resisted sending lethal support

Then-president Barack Obama, while providing millions of dollars in aid, resisted sending lethal support, fearing that such a military buildup might provoke Putin to strike.

A 2015 joint report by the Brooking Institution, the Atlantic Council and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs urged the West to bolster deterrence in Ukraine "by raising the risks and costs to Russia of any renewed major offensive."

Townsend, who's now a senior adviser with a number of security think-tanks, said he believes there was too much concern at the time about provoking Putin and that the Russian president may have viewed that as a sign of weakness.

Trump sold Javelins to Ukraine as a defense. Javelin could not be used on Russian separatists in Ukraine at the time Trump sold them. They remained away from separatist territory until Russia used tanks to invade Ukraine. Each Javelin costs $78k per missile launch. Ukrainian soldiers had to be trained extensively to use the heavy weaponry. That’s why they initially stored away from the fighting.

Putin was angry about the Javelin sake; that’s why Barry shied away. Trump provided the Ukrainians with actual protective/defendive weaponry.

Ukrainians could not use anti-tank missiles on groups of soldiers or trucks or even buildings. They were bound to only use javelins on tanks and in a defensive stance. Ukrainians- after extensive training- have used javelins in defense of their country on RUSSIAN TANKS AND TANK CREWS THAT INVADED AND ARE CURRENTLY INVADING UKRAINE.

How is that difficult for you to comprehend?

“For years, as Ukraine was locked in a simmering conflict with Russian-led separatist forces in eastern Ukraine, Javelin antitank missiles were the premier military aid from Washington — a defensive, lethal weapon intended to deter greater hostilities. Then, they were kept away from the front line and never used outside of training environments, but already “Javelin” had become part of the lexicon in Ukraine as a symbol of Western support.”

(javelin are defensive weapons, first used as a deterrent)

After Russian tanks actually crossed the border on Feb. 24 — and some were immediately wiped out with Javelins — the cult around the weapons grew. “Javelin” — or “Javelina” for a girl — is now a common name for pets. Local department stores sell plush Javelin missile toys for children. An internet meme of religious figures cradling Javelins became so popular that its creator started a charity organization selling T-shirts with the images. Ukraine’s defense minister recently wore a “Saint Javelin” patch on his bulletproof vest.

(as soon as Vlad rolled tanks into Ukraine, Ukrainians- armed and trained by the Trump administration- started killing russian tanks and tank crews.)

Why? Because Donal Trumpo sold and armed Ukrainians with heavy defensive weaponry, you doughnut.

til that DC Urban moms and dads ignore russian aggression unless Donal Tromp is el presidente.

til that the smartest people in the world (dcum) don’t know what a deterrent is. They don’t know what a defensive weapon is. They don’t know (or care) Obama refused to help Ukraine with defense weapons because he was afraid of Putin’s response.(But he did take a picture beside Putin pretending to stand up to him, that counts, right? Right?)

til Donal Trump actually helped Ukrainians fight russian tanks but democrats insist he’s a puppet, even though his weapons policy is still saving Ukraine to the point of Javelin becoming a national savior.
