IRS Whistleblowers and Devon Archer - House Oversight

Due to the privacy act he must report his findings to the Ways and Means Committee his exact basis for recommending charges, which were also approved by four prosecutors. Only a matter of time to prove the favorable treatment by main justice under Biden.

The Trump appointee in Delaware in charge of the investigation has testified that there has been no interference by main Justice.

Again all of this supposed "Biden coverup" happened under Trump and Barr's watch.

And how is that a valid defense? If cover up happened, we have to hold those people responsible, no matter when and by whom they were appointed. What is your point?

You have to proof there was a crime and show the evidence. This bar has not been even approached. These two are not believable, have personally gained from their relationship with conservative activists and are proven liars. This is clearly the weaponization of government and anti American.
Let’s just fire these two and investigate their business dealings.

Missing the point....Barr's DOJ initiated the investigation and found nothing. There was no cover up, hence the quotes. There is simply no illegality. If doing business with foreign companies was a crime, Trump would have been jailed on that offense decades ago.

But I do agree with you, people should be held accountable for crimes for which they have been convicted.

Regressives are never going to agree with that unless the person in question is a Democrat.

Can you provide the link to your claim that Ziegler personally gained somehow? And what exact relationships he had with conservatives? Is his husband conservative?

Nothing new here. We knew a long time ago that Biden made the Ukrainian government fire their prosecutor in exchange for $$. Nothingburger.

Valid defense? You seem a bit slow. The fact that this happened on Trump and Barr's watch puts the entire notion of this alleged coverup in question. And not only that, there is a HUGE amount of inconsistency surfacing, between what Shapley is claiming versus what everyone else is saying, and versus what we can all see for ourselves that actually happened, with TRUMP'S OWN APPOINTED OFFICIALS.

THAT is the point. The point is that it puts the claims of these so-called whistleblowers in serious doubt.

It's the same FD-1023 that Barr's DoJ reviewed and didn't find adequately valid to pursue.

Burisma paid $10 million in bribes to the Biden family so that Joe Biden would make the company's legal problems in Ukraine go away, according to a confidential human source report the FBI tried to hide.

A Burisma executive said they only hired Hunter Biden so Joe Biden would help them. The executive said Hunter Biden was "stupid" and that the executive's dog "was smarter" than Hunter Biden.

Recall that Democrats in Congress impeached Trump because he asked about this corruption in a phone call with Ukraine's president.

Recall that Trump was impeached for attempting to bribe Ukraine to release dirt on Biden, basically peddling favors to hurt his political opponents.
