You admit the guilt when you are indeed guilty and try to mitigate damages. You deny guilt when you are not guilty. The charges get dismissed when the guilt is not proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

Why does he need to admit the guilt if he is not guilty? He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Hunter chose not to go to court.

People inside the DOJ like Lesley Wolf and Lisa Monaco protected the 'big guy' by tipping off, rlnot granting special counsel status and refusing to let Weiss do his job. Garland committed perjury under oath and there is an additional $8.3 million in income that Hunter didn't pay taxes. The double standards are obvious and unfortunately for them it won't go away.

The IRS investigation started in the international tax section organically. A porn site investigatuon found that Hunter had an account and was posting his sexual endeavors online. One included a recording called 'the lonely widow' which was him having sex with his sister in law, according to the transcript. The facts are out there, released the same week Hunter pleaded to a traffic ticket to get ahead of the story.

The problem with all these Repub attacks on HB and the Biden family in general is that they don't apply the same zeal for rooting out crime/corruption to the Trump crime family. If the Repub side had a squeaky clean record, their attacks might get some traction but since the evidence of Trump criming and grifting goes back decades, it's really hard to take them seriously.
