Are there any colleges or universities that you refuse to hire from?

It isn't being prejudiced to understand that some institutions are not about properly educating their students who are thus not ready for a mainstream workforce.

Patrick Henry is a newish school but it draws students with top SAT scores. It's a religious school, true, but I wouldn't let that stop me from hiring someone with excellent credentials. There are millions of Christians who go to schools that don't spend 4 years indoctrimating their students in radical evangelical Christianity. I am perfectly happy to hire ANY of those millions of potential applicants.

Yale gives me pause. I had integrity-concerns with 3 encounters who trained there and it’s tough for me to shake off. I work in research.
