| I'm a professor. I would have said Liberty if you asked me years ago. But I have had several students in years past who spent time there who left for reasons related to ideological differences, sexuality, etc... and are unaffiliated with that garbage and thriving now. Sometimes the college you choose at 17 is guided (ahem, required) by your parents. Sometimes you break from that as a fully formed adult. It's probably not typical, but like I said, I've seen it many times. |
This. I hire for capabilities, not pedigree. |

| I appreciate all the people pointing out that very conservative schools might have been all that someone's parents would approve - I had not thought of that angle. I wanted to add that I know quite a few smart capable people who attended "lesser" programs, especially for grad school, because their spouse worked nearby, or they got significant financial aid, or their employer or the military picked the program. |

I know perfectly decent people who did online degrees from Liberty because it worked for them, so no issue there. Patrick Henry would give me pause.
Honestly, I hesitate at Ivy grads after experiences with some special snowflakes. They might be smart, but can bring some other baggage and require hand holding that I haven’t encountered in state school grads. |

The online public colleges that are basically the same as places like university of Phoenix.
University Maryland Global College Arizona State University University of Arizona Global Campus Purdue University Global |
Arizona State University does not indicate anywhere on the transcript or diploma whether a student took online classes, so you wouldn’t know if they did. |
| The school that rejected DD Ed. Nothing against the school except pettiness, but I can live with that |
They aren’t, at all. |
What is DD ed? |
I worked for a Federal Executive who went to Phoenix and had a coworker who went there and they were both as good or better than people from far more notable schools. |
Rutgers? That’s super random. |
Wait until you find out that anyone who was in college from 2019-2022 took the majority of their classes online. |
Is Patrick Henry even accredited? Is Liberty? |
You really are a bigot. Signed, A Raging Liberal |
