SCOTUS Protection Request

I have no doubt these miserable souls will declare contraception illegal, same sex marriage and anything else they consider sinning.

Are you kidding me? Alito is not going anywhere. Those guys now have a majority of 5 for radical right ideas and often a majority of 6. For conservatives, this is a powerful court and Alito is there to stay to exercise that power. Especially with a Dem president (which will still be the case after the midterms), SCOTUS is the only power conservatives have now and Alito is down for it.

Like so many Americans, I know the tragedy of a family being murdered by two people who thought it would be fun to just kill someone at random. This reverberates to not just immediate family but to extended family.

The police found the two but only after they murdered a store owner and wounded an employee. These two had over 20 firearms.

Sorry. It wasn't an entire family but my sister's husband.

It has long been rumored that Alito would like to retire to a law firm and sock away a few million and retire in comfort. He's 73 so he needs to act fast. He and Thomas have the next term to dismantle the Constitution.

Note that I said if the GOP has a majority after mid term election. McConnell will play dirty tricks again and Biden's choice would be another Garland.

I love it when anonymous DCUM posters pretend they actually have some kind of inside Washington track that no one else has. Give us all a break. The only rumors are the ones you’re trying to start. Either provide a link for your claims or shut it.

What pp said sounds pretty sound. You think they all want to die on the court?

I was caught by the letter's language saying that protests lasted 20-30 minutes at two of the Justices' homes. I agree it would be too much to have protestors yelling on bullhorns all night long or 24/7, but 20-30 minutes is hardly an imposition. Was anyone else struck by that? Relatedly, did no one at the Supreme Court read that letter before it was sent and think it was completely tone deaf?

The are protecting nuts to carry guns everywhere… so just deal with it. Just like American school kids who must do active shooter drills. Upset that women are protesting in your yard, oh well shouldn’t have taken away rights.

I agree with you. Gun lovers should have to deal with the consequences of their votes.
Oh well!

To me it reads arrogant, rogue Justices thinking "how dare anyone criticize us."

They might not want to but their handlers want them to do their bidding. Again, who paid off Kavanaugh's significant debts?

How do I get protection? I would like to be able to take my kids to the park, a parade or to school without them getting shot.

Is your kid still in utero? No? Then hear this and hear it clearly: the GOP couldn’t give less of a F**K if your kid lives or dies.

But I’ll bet you’re against Jan 6 insurrection. Oh well!

Look these right wing judges are not operating in isolation. They are just the visible part of the iceberg. These judges meet, plan and plot with organizations that want a government like Iran has.

Oh, please. “Pretty sound”? I guess you believe all the claims that start with, “It’s long been rumored,” or “I’ve heard…”. As long as it fits your narrative, that is.
