DP. Do you support civilian ownership of AR-15s? Do you support putting into the hands of dangerous people a weapon that has been used to kill thousands of times over as many people than could have been killed by just about any other weapon legally available to the public?

What scares you so much about the AR-15? It’s a semiautomatic long rifle similar to dozens of other models on the market.

Like I said, if you’re going to talk about this, at least try to get informed about the subject matter beyond “this gun looks scary.”
