Who is the whack job? The people who support killing children or the ones who do not?

Maybe it's pretty clear how tragic our gun culture society has become when 14 children are gunned down by a man with a legally purchased gun and numerous armed personnel and police unable to stop him, or the shooting of innocent people in one week- with armed personnel unable to stop him and a 911 dispatcher who did nothing. All the stupid arguments go out the window. No one except reprobates will tolerate it now. Hopefully, finally.

Correction: Armed personnel UNWILLING to stop him. UNWILLING. Exposing at last the canard about "good guys with guns."

It is all bullsh*t, it was always bullsh*t, and it is no longer going to be tolerated.

If you don't support serious gun control, you support the killing of children.

Abortion kills way more people than guns, do you support the killing of children in that manner?

Embryos are not people. Try again.

Guess we don't need prenatal care coverage then. Blob of cells doesn't matter

Pregnancy is a health condition and women who are pregnant need health care. I know it's hard to remember that women are people, but try to keep up.

They don't care about women's health OR children's health, only fetus health. That's pretty evident.

It's one guy who loves his guns but has a low IQ.
(No surprise there.) And yes, he is sock puppeting.

Hey, I'm on your side. You are arguing with the wrong person.

I would cut off all communication with anyone who continued to spout the NRA lies too. I just couldn’t take it.

And then telling me how many kids were killed in Chicago by guns and how many car accidents there were yesterday. Same old nonsense. I just said we were done. I could not be friends with her anymore. She was shocked and sobbing.

Enough is enough. I can’t hear the lies anymore.

They were probably sobs of joy because she can’t stand listening to you and your one sided point of view on a daily basis. Friends don’t need to agree on everything in life, they just need to be respectful when they disagree. Sounds like you need work on the respect part, your friend will be just fine without you.

No one needs to "agree" with sociopaths. It's not not a life skill. Yours is not an opinion, but instead it's derangement. Don't YOU DARE try to normalize your dangerous "opinion." It's not an opinion, you are just a horrible person. And you need to know that. That former friend needed to know that.
It's time to say NO.

The opinion that Americans have the right to bear arms, and that right is Constitutionally protected, is a mainstream and normal view in the US. Your hysterics notwithstanding.

The opinion that there should be no limits on the right to bear arms is not mainstream, and it was not the view of the courts until relatively recently. You are an extremist. You support the killing of children.

You really enjoy fighting straw men, don’t you?

+1. I did with a cousin years ago. This isn’t a mere political difference.

Assault weapons are already banned. And semi-automatic firearms cover pretty much every firearm.

If you’re going to talk about this, at least learn the terms.

DP. Do you support civilian ownership of AR-15s? Do you support putting into the hands of dangerous people a weapon that has been used to kill thousands of times over as many people than could have been killed by just about any other weapon legally available to the public?

What scares you so much about the AR-15? It’s a semiautomatic long rifle similar to dozens of other models on the market.

Like I said, if you’re going to talk about this, at least try to get informed about the subject matter beyond “this gun looks scary.”

I notice you dodged the question there.

I fine with civilian ownership of long rifles like the AR-15.

Actually they don’t care about fetus health either when they cut nutritional and medical support to pregnant women. They just want to control women.

+1 I am done with these mendacious fks. I will mentally treat AR-15 owners as terrorists from now on.

I imagine most people in your life would be thrilled if you went away.

I’m pretty moderate when it comes to the right to bear arms. But, people like you do a great job of pushing people like me towards the NRA position.

Stop blaming republicans. They didn't kill those kids. This was a very troubled young man who didn't get the help he needed from his parents/family, school and community. Lets start there.

Lots of countries have troubled people but we are the only country that has mass slaughter of civilians by civilians using military grade weapons - innocent people going to store, going to elementary school, going to a club. When a metal lawn dart killed a child - all metal lawn darts were banned.
