According to Katie Joy's sources (latest video), it's the opposite. Jed is Jimbob's minion and most like him (hence the similar run for political office). Jason is the one who called Jimbob out on his lies about "memory" of what happened.

You're thinking of James. Jed is Jim Bob's next politician in the making. Jed didn't attend the trial because he was on the witness list. I didn't see anything about one of the sons calling Jim Bob out, but if it was anyone, it was probably Jason, since he attended several days of the trial, including closing arguments and the day the family friend testified about Josh's previous molestation claims.

I know someone like him in real life. He gives me the creeps. Married his wife when she was 17 and he was 30, yet won't allow his 21 year old daughter to go on a date. Last night a family insider contacted us about a Duggar Family member being charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

After the insider revealed the information, we reached out to Elm Springs District Court in Arkansas, to verify if charges were filed.

The County Clerk confirmed that on September 10, 2021, Jana Duggar was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a minor.

They did not reveal any further details about the specifics of the case.

The family insider told us that Jana Duggar allegedly pleaded “Not Guilty” to the charges & her next court date is in January.

We are still working to confirm more details at this time. The District Court only deals with misdemeanor cases.

Based upon Arkansas laws, Endangering the Welfare of a minor can be either a class A or B misdemeanor. Penalties can range from up to a 30-90 days in jail to fines.

It is important to note that child endangerment does not mean a child was physically hurt. It can mean there was RISK of harm.

Jana Duggar is innocent until proven guilty. We will continue to update as we learn more

I just want to know where she found a non-Duggar relative to watch. Maybe some younger Duggars had friends over.

Yes, nonsense to you and me, because we weren't raised in a cult. Her brother did offer support, but Anna was in a different place then and may have figured it was worth sticking it out. That was after Josh was busted on Ashley Madison. Plenty of women choose to stay with husbands who have cheated. At this point, she may regret not taking advantage of that opportunity. Exiting the fold with the help of Derick and Jill may be a real option for her now.

It's interesting you deride "patriarchal nonsense," but then refer to a woman trapped by it as a limpet. Grandmom doesn't need servants--she has Jana.

This is what happens when Jana was forced to watch Anna's 7+ kids (all of whom are living at Jim Bob/Michelle's compound) by herself. I hope she ditches them and I hope Jinger or whoever refuses to take on the responsibility as well.

That information has been out there for over 6 years now. It came out in 2015, and that's why "19 kids and counting" was cancelled. TLC made up a new show that was supposed to just focus on the married adult children (at the time Jessa and Jill) and their spouses and children. Of course, eventually Jim Bob and Michelle and the rest of the family were appearing on it too.
