Official Brett Kavanaugh Thread, Part 3

And his completely partisan temper tantrum yesterday at the SJC hearing should ban him forevermore from being a judge on any court.

He has been accused of attempted rape and attempted murder. IF I were put in that position and didn't do those things, I'd be furious and express my anger very loudly and forcefully, too.

Liberals will have gotten their week-long delay. But, we will be no further along.
And, in years to come, liberals will continue to bad-mouth Justice Kavanaugh, despite his impeccable judicial record because...
- they are liberals
- they don’t believe that “boofing” refers to flatulence or “Devil’s Triangle” is a drinking game
- they don’t really want the truth - they are secretly hoping for another allegation to come forward
- they are fearful of decisions on Roe vs. Wade
- we have the example of Justice Thomas. Despite an FBI investigation that found no evidence to the claims being made, he is still guilty. Because.....
- he isn’t liberal

It is patently transparent what the game is here. And, those of use disgusted with the crap the Democrats have pulled are growing in number by the day.

Yup. It's entirely possible this has turned my college-age kids into Republicans for this next vote. My daughter said flat out that the yearbook questioning was stupid - she could not believe grown adults were behaving that way.

Hope you explained to her the significance. Both in terms of that he most likely lied about things of small significance ("I have a weak stomach!" and "Renate was one of us!") to appear more wholesome than he is, but that is PERJURY and that it was a window in to his activities at the time that the assault took place. He sure brought in his old calendar which was ridiculous, but may ultimately be his downfall.

He. didn’t. do. what. she. is. claiming. he. did.
He is not going to apologize for something he didn’t do. Would you?

He should have called for a FBI investigaton if he thought he was innocent. That is what I would have done.

And, it is happening now. He has always said he would be happy with any investigation the Senate authorized.
I can tell you - when the investigation is complete and all your hopes are dashed because they find nothing of any consequence to “indict” Judge Kavanaugh, you will still say he is guilty.

AGAIN, It doesn't matter if there is nothing found to indict him.

That performance yesterday shows he is unfit for the job.

A troubled, drunken frat bro with an only child complex.

Cry, Kav, Cry. Your years are ugly.

And to all the woman standing up for this guy - please take a LONG look in the mirror. And then go to reconciliation.

This. Got to look thru those old photos now.

Well your kids are going to be a hit at parties. Sorry. Your heart must be breaking to know this.

Even worse....Coons just came out and said that any additional accusations that come out next week should become part of the investigation. The Dems just bought themselves more time to find some liars.

Find? They already have them lined up.

She’ll change her mind when she gets rubbed up against and her screams are stifled. Boys will be boys!

I’ve been hearing that a lot.

I can't believe a grown man who acts like a petulant five year old may be on the Supreme Court. But of course, another five year old is president. And it's all the stupid liberals fault, amirite?

Then you would be thrown in jail for contempt of court.

She has to pay for security so some right wing idiot doesn't kill her or her kids. Remember that?

She said in her testimony that wealthy Palo Alto residents are paying for her security and other things.

Yes. My daughter said the same. Then she said, “and if I’m ever raped I won’t report it or tell you because I understand my role in this world now.”

I told her if she played her cards right she might one day get to marry a Supreme Court nominee like Brett! Fingers crossed!

Anonymous wrote:From a political standpoint, it would seem logical that Republicans would want to tank him. It would give their base a reason to come out for the mid terms. If the court is already set the base wont care. It could mean the difference between keeping and losing the Senate. Its even riskier for the Republicans to put him on from a legal standpoint. Wouldn't it be better for the Republicans to let him go, retain the Senate and pick a more upstanding conservative jurist? Even if the Republicans still lost the Senate I don't think this group would have any reservations about appointing and confirming someone as lame ducks.

I don't get why they are digging in.

From a legal standpoint what happens if the FBI finds out that Brett Kavanaugh perjured himself in his testimony or enough people come forward making statements that he lied under oath? Is the Justice department required to prosecute him for perjury? Can a supreme court justice be sent to jail? What if the ABA disbars him? Can a sitting SJ remain on the court if he's been disbarred for perjuring himself during the nomination period?

Want to bet? We care about confirming him and this Democratic circus will turn us out in droves.

Then Kavanaugh should have called for and supported an FBI investigation in the first place. If he's innocent, he has nothing to fear.

I just wonder what he is scared the FBI will find if they look harder...

Mark Judge worked for Tucker Carlson and is part of the alt-right media machine. His relationship to Kavanaugh could be incredibly poisonous.
