VHSL Girls Lacrosse 2025

The magnificent 7 would be on JV along with every other freshman and next year most all of the sophomores will be on JV also. The 26 class is loaded. Don’t expect 28 kids to be on varsity until they are Juniors. They will have the best JV team in the country next year. If the BF kids want better competition they should go to PVI.

First of all, points for a hilarious and obscure claim--"best JV team in the country next year". I'm sure the JV team at St Anthony's or Maryvale would welcome an opportunity to test your assertion.

The best JV in the country with girls who didn’t even make capital orange?

If the BF girls all transferred they would all be on JV and would be one of the best JV teams in the country.

Yes, that would be the situation at SSSAS. At some other schools the $40k would also get you a quality education.

It's not 40k, it's 55k

No one loves trolling the BF families more than me but those kids are pretty good and as sophomores, I couldn’t imagine any of them not making an ISL/WCAC varsity. How much they play, who knows? They’re all different.

It’s not trolling the kids. It’s a fact. sSSAS is loaded at the 26 year group. Only losing 2-3 seniors so no room on Varsity except for some of the swing players from this year who are sophomores now. Best case scenario is they will have a few 10th grade swing players next year….

SSAS parent, you are a little full of yourself. There are plenty of girls at public schools in the area that could make the team. There are girls at public schools playing for Capital Blue, M&D Black, Skywalkers Blue, Pride Black and other clubs where they are are teammates with the SSSA girls playing the same amount in the summer as they are.

Unfortunately, BFs parents haven’t done the team any favors over the years. Their behavior will be forever etched the minds of all local lacrosse fans and coaches. Would be surprise to see them get an invite.
drama-baby with so much to say! Behavior, as in cheering when girls get injured, cussing at referees, or wanting to fire barely-paid coaches? Is this the etching you speak of? Or, how about the arrogant, narcissistic personality of some of the parents just because their precious one got recruited to a red solo cup university with its middling program? Or maybe the coaches who smash clipboards and demean their own players? Are we etched enough for you, trauma-baby?

Enjoy being loaded for now. After the 26 class graduates, SSSAS will not be the same!

SSSAS’s 2027 class will have a minimum of 5 recruits by this time next year and possibly up to 10 by the time they graduate.

The 28 class maybe close to the same.

The 29 class is set up to be stronger than the 27 and 28s

BF’s “magnificent 7” is a SSSAS down year.

No disrespect to BF and those players some of whom couldn’t make capital orange either like the SSSAS JV players…. So you should probably stop bringing SSSAS up.

I heard they have Cap Blue players on sssas and stone ridge JV teams. That should tell you how strong and deep their varsity teams are.
