I'm loving my "Caribbean Mix" frozen fruit popsicles from Whole Foods (365 brand).

Also eating lots of sugar snap peas with hummus.

OMG, I LOVE those same popsicles They are so yummy, and so are the coconut ones and the lime ones. I've been having baby carrots and hummus for dinner several nights a week. Other favorites: edamame, low fat string cheese, almonds, frozen fruit (especially mango, peaches and strawberries), nonfat Greek yogurt, dry Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, and Kashi Honey Almond Flax TLC bars.

Actually, I eat very differently now than I did pre-pregnancy. I wouldn't say my old diet was unhealthy but I do need to cut back on processed food. Working in the extra protein has also been a real challenge. Substitute "pregnancy" for preggo if it makes you feel better but it's still pretty different for me.

This pregnancy I craved cold potato and carrot salad...something I used to eat in college because it was cheap, healthy , and filling. Basically I boil potatoes and baby carrots, then put salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, and a small bit of olive oil on them and refrigerate. I eat this for lunch all the time!

Any kind of smoothie ALWAYS sounds sooo good to me!

Its the "preggo-hater troll" again! At least this time she was nicer.

I am loving baked potatoes, and smoothies.

- fruit salads with yogurt dip - just chop and mix whatever is in season and then seperately mix non-fat vanilla yougurt (like the greek yougurt because it's super creamy and has more protein), nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey (optional). Either dip or pour the yogurt sauce all over salad.

- baked sweet potatoes with a little brown sugar and butter (not gobs, just a moderate amount)

- apple and peanut butter

I'm currently obsessed with cocoa roasted almonds (Emerald Brand). I also eat Lara Bars...Cherry Pie is the BEST, made with almonds, dates, and dried cherries. I am eating tons of fruit salad too...this week I've got mango, banana, cantaloupe, and nectarines.

Fresh pineapple. Those mangos Whole Foods has been having on special lately.

My favorite PREGGO (take that, PP) snacks include celery and peanut butter, pineapple and mangos (cannot get enough of these), and chilled grapes (put the grapes in the freezer for an hour - so tasty).

Also really enjoy fro yo with toasted almonds on top and greek yogurt with toasted almonds and honey.

This post is making me hungry.

Sabra brand hummus with just about anything. Also, endamame. Trader Joes has a roasted sea weed snack which is delicious too.

Fruit salad with cantaloupe, strawberries, & whatever other berry is on sale with a little yogurt.
