| And, his clueless mother's nightmare, I hope. |
| Not over yet. They will find some new charges for him. They have new evidence -- the picture, for one. And evidence from his phone about previous drug use, |
They were both very drunk. If Brock had been the college grad and Emily the first year student I think this would have been more cut and dry. It's less a matter of male/female and more a matter of who had the experience. I have an issue with a college grad showing up to a college party and getting completely blasted like that. I do think that she was there for a reason and I do not think that it is no accident that she was behind that dumpster with Brock. Why else would she have stayed at a party where she knew no one (why not just leave with her sister??) and continued to drink and dance and kiss Brock? |
Can you provide a link please? |
It was cut and dry. Verdict: guilty |

neither of these parents seem to have any concept of their sons culpability or any compassion for the woman. |
| Have you been very drunk? I have. And, I believe your ingrained instincts take over. Most drunk people don't assault others. It's pretty simple. He was/is an aggressive jerk. |
| And it's cut and dried. Not cut and dry. |
What does it say about his character that he used the n word on the regular? |
Huh? |
I think that letter is worth showing to our kids too. |
I'm asking this person who thinks so highly of Brock's character based on his high school girlfriends' reports if that is altered by the text evidence that he used the n word with some regularity. Still seem like a stand up young man?presumably his high school girlfriends knew that about him and still thought he was top notch, so one wonders about their judgement as well. |
Nothing is funny about it. I don't think anyone here has thought it was funny or was gleeful about it. Angry and depressed, but not gleeful. One of the most depressing things about it is your steadfast defense of Brock Turner as a poor lost lamb who made a mistake. |
