Honestly, even if she did, her fake crying, theatrics and aggressive behavior snatching the phone makes her appear to be in the wrong. She was so distraught yet she remembered to take off her badge?? She knew exactly what she was doing. If she was that concerned for her unborn fetus she would have retreated because why take a chance going up against a “pack” (as someone on this thread so eloquently described these young black men) of youngsters over a rented bike? Why chance it? Especially since they were so threatening? That woman is full of it. The only reason many of you are so invested in proving her right is because you have displayed similar behavior or know you are capable of doing so and hate the thought that there are consequences for that type of behavior now.

None of this matters. If you’re raised with any class or manners you don’t fight with a pregnant woman over a bike. End of story.

Is the operative fact for you that she was pregnant? What is she wasn't?
And how do you define "fight"? Does anything other than walking away immediately qualify as fighting?

Give it a rest. She’s advanced proofs, none of those men have, Crump deleted his tweet, Judge lost whatever was left of her mind on Twitter. The mob was wrong, you were stuck. Deal, you baby.

No wonder workers don’t want to come back FT to offices in Manhattan. Living and working from home from CT or Westchester is a much better option and way safer. Way fewer dudes who will even argue with a pregnant woman about a bike.

There’s that dog whistle again. You just can’t help yourself.

Because her lawyer doesn’t want the public to know when she gets off from work. After she was doxed, she’s been harassed including somebody sending her a picture of her front door with a message about watching her. She and her husband are in hiding.

That isn't how you steal something. And the guy beside her had his phone open to the app and scanned the QR code during the video so he had already paid.

Starting to say the guys were thieves and stealing a bike really doesn't help anything about this situation.

But, why would they do that with her on it? Why not just contact the company then physically grab her and the bike to shove it back? Why make nasty comments about her being pregnant and the baby. Why film it as your first response? The entire situation makes no sense. Maybe he didn't pay already and she had paid and he was scanning it to get a receipt to show her he paid, despite her having already paid for it.

I agree it all doesn't yet make sense. I still don't know exactly what happened. The video starts when the confrontation is already underway and people often film confrontations now. It doesn't seem filming it was a first response given when the filming starts and that it is by a friend - not the guy at the bike. I don't think he physically grabs her either. Since the guys in te video haven't come forward, I am pretty sure they know they were in the wrong. I don't know who or how the video was released and we haven't heard from any of the witnesses yet as to what was going on pre video. We still only have a couple of snippets of the full story.

It's very interesting the men don't come forward, you cannot see the entire video and what happened before or after. He is physical with her if he's grabbing the bike and shoving it back on the rack or trying to take it from her. Granted she should have just gotten off the bike, walked away and if they followed call the police or go back to the hospital to security or something, just to avoid the situation (not blaming her but why stand there and risk something worse happening). At some point, the men will be identified as one had to have posted it online so it should be easy enough to identify them. And, there should be security camera's on the streets around maybe that caught the incident. But, I simply don't get why the men would bother to approach her for a bike when there were plenty there.

They both thought they’d rented the bike first, and dug in their heels. Either one of them could have chosen another bike.

This. Seems like based on how the penalties for a lost/stolen bike work, neither side was willing to just let the other leave with the bike and risk $1000+ in fines. For the guys, they physically prevented her from leaving with the bike. On her end, she went with the “Karen” defense.

PS - I wouldn’t “come forward” either. It’s nothing in it for them.

Exactly.

They said they blured it for online sharing purposes because it shows when she gets off work and she's being harassed. They obviously will have to provide the unblurred copy for any defamation suit. You really think a reputable lawyer is lying about the time stamp??

This is how these nutters think. They actually believe he is faking the receipts. They’ve dug their heels in so far they absolutely cannot turn back and this is all they’ve got. It’s hilarious and sad all at the same time.

Alright, miss marple, what’s your theory-she rode the other bike in pursuit of the teens and rented it after?

This is literally Monique Judges argument. It’s beyond pathetic.

She had rented the bike snd they physically pushed the bike back redocking it and then hounded her to give it up. But sure, both sides it!

Yep. Can’t pull the evil white woman trope today. So sorry.

These idiots have nothing but their glee in continuing to lie about the PA. They are deeply mad that she has proof she didn’t do anything wrong, and a good, pretty mediagenic attorney. They didn’t get to force her firing and they’re mad and will stay mad forever.
