It is all relative.
We will start celebrating when prices drop to the place they were when Biden took office..... just over $2.00/gallon, I believe.
Until then, prices haven't "dropped." They are just off their record highs.

You want to go back to the place where no one drove or flew because people dropped like flies from a pandemic? You do your thing, I’ll do mine. I felt pretty good filling up yesterday for my trip.

The average price of gas during Trump's administration never reached $3.00.
Under Biden, we will be lucky if it goes lower than $3.00.

Please define what precisely Trump did to keep the price low.

He crashed the economy thus tanking demand and blowing up supply.

In Delaware, gas is more than 70 cents off where it was just a week or two ago.

It is not so much what he did. It is what he didn't. He didn't demonize the oil industry and promise to put them out of business like Biden did.
Why would these groups want to invest in their industry when the divider-in-chief has vowed to make sure they will not be profitable?

Gas was .30 cheaper over ten days in one city I drove through (it’s the only city that I noticed the prices ten days ago and then yesterday while I was traveling). Seems like gas prices are coming down.

The oil industry has been and always will be profitable regardless of politic rhetoric about going green.

Try again.

I’ll give you a hint: pulling out of Afghanistan (which we had to do, and thank goodness Biden had the balls to do it) impacted the power we wielded in the region. While our relationship with Saudi Arabia has always been challenging, it was rapidly declining under trump and got even worse once Biden left Afghanistan. Then Putin went bananas and launched a war prompting sanctions that impact European oil.

The Saudis always have and always will control the oil game. Biden has struggled to appease those crazy bastards without luck. Who knows what the Saudis will do next. I’m sure they are playing a dangerous game with Putin, China, and the Middle East. They hold the cards.

Contrary to popular belief, Biden and America really don’t hold the power when it comes to oil and setting gas prices.

This is bullshit. If it was because Biden "demonized the oil industry and promised to put them out of business" then why are gas prices tumbling now?
And for supposedly "vowing they will not be profitable" they sure have been making buckets of profit this last year.
How about you start comparing the bullshit propaganda with realities like this? Do that and you'll soon realize that the crap you spout and reality are at severe odds.

In some places they've dropped $0.70. GasBuddy.com reports that there are close to 3,000 stations around the country that are now under $4 a gallon.

I’m sure selling almost a million barrels of strategic reserve to Sinopec is helping.

3,000 stations across the entire USA? Now, that's impressive!

Atlanta is a car city. They really have you over a barrel there and, I’m guessing, there’s not a lot of will to change that.

“Demonize the oil industry”: Aww, someone said something mean about the richest and largest corporations on the planet? And you think they responded by not doing something in the interests of their stockholders?
