Actually the Burke scenario makes perfect sense and fully explains the Ramsey's's lack of cooperation with the investigation. No way do they not cooperate unless they are protecting their other child. |
Nope, this is no correct. She was brain dead before the strangulation. |
Not that poster but there are conflicting reports. I've watched 3 separate specials and poked around online and some accounts say strangulation was first. And that as this PP said there is evidence she clawed at the ropes. The whole pedophile ring theory I've been reading is intriguing as well. |
Last night I did a google image search of Patsy (not Jonbenet) and when I clicked on one a series of pictures popped up below the big one. One was what appeared to be a dead and bloodied JonBenet with her hair in an up do. It was really freaky and I clicked out fast. No idea if it was real, I would HOPE it would be harder to find pictures of a dead child by image searching her mom (and this was like page 1 or 2!) but it certainly looked real. In any case, in that picture, she definitely had a high ponytail like updo. |
There were pictures on one of the specials of the claw marks. They were there. It wasn't the parents, or any family member who did this heinous thing, and I am starting to feel like there is an internet "presence" trying to put out misinformation, here and in other online places. |
I don't know what the heck happened but I just can't believe they staged it to protect Burke. They could have just claimed it was a terrible accident and nothing would have happened to Burke, a white boy from a wealthy family in 1996. Accidents, unfortunately, happen all the time and none of us would have heard the name Jonbenet. It's all the salacious details that made this such a big story. The parents had to have known that would happen and would call more attention to their family. |
There are plenty of other theories besides those marks being claw marks. Most investigators believe the blow to the head came before the strangulation, so she would not have been conscious. |
You seem not to have read more about the case, and also see, to be the one spreading "misinformation." |
Just try googling porsche girl- the parents are pretty well off and have been fighting tooth and nail to get their daughter's pictures off the internet. It's really hard to remove this type of stuff which I so hope I can tell my children about electronic footprints not being erasable and that they "get it" when they are of that age (still in early ES). |
Read what? The garbage on Reddit? Nope. Too bad the police bungled the shit out of this case and are still trying to save face. |
You sound like a paranoiac nincompoop. You think there's a mysterious presence spreading misinformation about this case on the Internet? It's a bunch of people using their heads! |
I don't get why people think it's impossible the Ramsey's staged the scene to protect Burke. You see people often say "you wouldn't know how to react if you found your child murdered" to explain the Ramseys' weird demeanor. Okay sure. Take it one step further. You don't know how you'd react if you came down and discovered one child accidentally killed the other. Patsy I think clearly lost her mind. John had now lost two children- would he lose Burke? I think Patsy spun into motion and just did what instinct told her/ protect Burke. JB is gone but we have to protect Burke. He didn't mean to, his life will be ruined over an accident. So that's why you have weird things at the crime scene like a 3 letter ransom note that was meant to distract police from looking for a body in the house. Patsy is not a seasoned criminal. She panicked and did a bunch of stuff to try and take any focus off Burke. I don't think she's a bad person, I think she was a grieving out of her mind mother running purely on instinct and survival. |
Yes. The results of the autopsy stated the marks were petechial hemorrhages. One chilling description I read stated that the garotte was applied while she was on her stomach anyway. Poor little JonBenet. RIP |
Do you get why people would find it so unbelievable that parents would use a garrote on their child who is unconscious but still alive? Just to protect the brother's accident? I'm not buying that they thought she was already dead. Even if she was in a coma, she would be breathing and have a pulse. And also you have to believe they sexually assault her. The only way is if Burke did it all- accidentally hit her too hard, she gets knocked out, he pokes her with the train tracks, he sexually assaults her with a paint brush or whatever, and somehow knows how to make a garrote and strangles her. The parents wouldn't have done this to a living child. I see them writing the note, placing the body in the wine cellar, etc but not the garrote and sexual assault. |
NP. This cracked me up. Hahaha. |
